Acceptance

By installing or using the RepGeo Chrome extension or accessing this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use RepGeo. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

Free tier

The free tier provides 5 phone number lookups per day at no cost and with no payment information required. Free tier usage is subject to the following conditions:

• Lookups reset daily at midnight UTC
• Free features include city, state, timezone, and call-window information only
• We reserve the right to change free tier limits with reasonable notice

Pro subscription

Pro is a monthly subscription billed at $9/month via Stripe. By subscribing you agree to:

• Recurring monthly billing until you cancel
• Stripe's payment terms and privacy policy
• That Pro access continues until the end of the paid billing period after cancellation

We reserve the right to modify Pro pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Existing subscriptions continue at the price in effect at time of subscription for the duration of that billing period.

Acceptable use

RepGeo is designed for lawful sales outreach. You agree not to use RepGeo to:

• Engage in harassment, spam, or unsolicited mass contact
• Violate any applicable telemarketing or privacy laws, including the TCPA
• Automate lookups in bulk beyond the intended manual, per-call workflow
• Resell or redistribute lookup data to third parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent usage limits

Data accuracy

RepGeo maps area codes to locations based on publicly available databases. Area code data is a regional approximation — it reflects where a phone number was originally registered, not necessarily where the person currently is. RepGeo makes no guarantees about the accuracy of location, timezone, or AI-generated content. Do not rely on RepGeo data for any purpose requiring verified individual location information.

AI-generated content

Openers, discovery questions, and CRM notes are generated by Claude (Anthropic) based on location and time-of-day context. This content is provided as a starting point and may not be suitable for all situations. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before use.

Limitation of liability

RepGeo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepGeo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or reputational harm. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to RepGeo in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to RepGeo at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may stop using RepGeo at any time by uninstalling the Chrome extension and canceling any active subscription.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
